While we have always grown flowers on the farm for personal enjoyment, 2024 was our first year selling to the public. And boy what a wonderful year it was! We certainly had challenges along the way and some major learning curves as well. However, overall we are so thankful for being able to share our farm with our local community over the past year.
Thank you to all our Lake Country flower friends! We can’t thank you enough for showing up again and again to support our family and farm throughout our very first season.

Top 3 favorite flowers in 2024:
- Boom Boom White Dahlia: We dedicated an entire row to this dahlia and it did not disappoint. It cranked out white blooms with long strong stems throughout the season. When September came along, we were harvesting the blooms like crazy. Plus, white goes with everything so we were able to use this flower with almost every bouquet.
- Jowey Nicky Dahlia: Possibly the most dependable dahlia on our farm, we never ran out of it! The tangerine orange was a fun welcome sign into the field. A high performer and long lasting blooms—best of both worlds.
- Zinnias: Every flower customer loved cutting from the zinnia rows and so did we! Not only was picking them easy but they were showstoppers for pictures as well. We will definitely be growing more zinnias next year in every shape and size.
