The Experience

This isn’t just a flower sale—it’s a memory in the making. Your $60 reservation includes:

  • The Bouquet: A fresh-cut, hand-tied bundle of our signature White Stag peonies.
  • The Portrait: Your reservation includes a portrait session by Sara Sauer Photography near the peony fields at peak ‘Golden Hour,’ featuring a few minutes to capture one high-resolution professional digital keepsake with our mini cow guest.
  • The Guest Star: Each photo session features our visiting mini cow, “Biscuit” from Whitaker Roots Farm, for a quintessential Wisconsin farm moment.

Additional Photos

After the event, you will receive a link to a private gallery. If you fall in love with more shots, additional digital files will be available for purchase directly through the photographer’s gallery.

The Cause: YMCA Garden Program

We believe in the healing power of nature. A portion of the proceeds from every Give-Back Bouquet will benefit the YMCA at Pabst Farm’s mission‑driven programs, including Special Programs that support individuals with disabilities through inclusive activities. Whether in the pool, on the field, or growing together in their summer garden, this support will help nurture a community where everyone can bloom.
